The difference between the production process of turning seals and traditional molded seals:

The raw material of turning polyurethane seal is the blank barrel material which is poured from the imported liquid raw material after heating and melting, and then transmitted to the special turning CNC seal processing equipment for processing through software programming various seal data

1. Molded hydraulic seals: Molded hydraulic seals are made by melting filled rubber or polyurethane after heating with abrasive tools, and have the following shortcomings:

① The compactness is poor, and the product is prone to defects due to insufficient filling in the open mold;

② According to the temperature environment, material batch, product size and other shrinkage rates of the material will deviate from the theoretical data, which is easy to cause large tolerance of the finished product and the size is not easy to control.

④ Different sections and sizes require special molds, which is complicated in process and long in delivery period.

2. Mouldless turning seals: The barrels (raw materials) of dieless turning hydraulic seals are extruded under high pressure after heating and melting.
